CH047仿形车床是上钢一厂无缝车间石油管加工专用机床。机床的电气系统,原为继电接触式顺序控制系统,所用的时间继电器和中间继电器共计30余只,相互连接线多达300余根。由于继电器触点接触不良、触头磨损、机械卡住、线路故障等等原因,造成系统可靠性差,机床运转率低。一位微处理机系统的问世,为革除繁杂的继电器控制系统创造了条件。我们采用上海自力电子设备厂生产的ESl6/14500系统、32点输入和32点输出的一位微机整机,用小功率可控硅元件作为驱动装置,并按机床动作的要求,编制了相应的程序,经过短时
