本世纪三十年代,硬质合金焊片钎头应用于矿山后,得到了迅速地发展。焊片钎头的出现,是钎具更新的一次革命。但是,由于七十年代以后,风动凿岩机向着大功率,强冲击方向改进和液压凿岩机的发展,目前的焊片钎头,已不能满足今天工程上的需要。我们在总结国内外经验的基础上,1976年开始从选材、热处理到钎头构形等方面进行了大量的试验研究,于1983年研制成功了φ51毫米冷压球齿钎头(如图1),并通过
