在各种液压及润滑管路中,油管的头部往往做成喇叭口形。如何冲制这种喇叭口,在修理工作中常常是一件麻烦事,特别是在现场施工中更觉不便。本文介绍的这种冲具可以方便地冲出喇叭口,它具有体积小、结构简单、容易制作等优点。其结构总共只由八个零件组成(见图)。冲架4下面的轴颈上装着可以绕轴颈旋转的内模6,它的轴向位置由圆螺母7确定,拧紧圆螺母时内模在轴向有0.1毫米左右的活动间隙。内模与外模8之间分布着直径为5至18毫米等常用油管外径
In a variety of hydraulic and lubrication pipelines, the head of the pipe often made trumpet shape.
