为了向广大农村提供轻质高强,经济实惠的新型建筑材料,同时清除蒸汽机车炉渣对环境的污染,变废为宝,陕县建委技术室和陕县农房构件实验厂从1979年开始对《炉渣轻骨料混凝土在承重结构上的应用》这一课题进行了大量的研究工作,经过三年努力基本完成了试验任务,并建成了一条年产炉渣轻骨料混凝土空心楼板5000M~3的工艺线,已生产成品2700M~3,共建三层以下住室5—6万平方米,深受广大社员群众的欢迎并很快在群众中自发地
In order to provide light, high-strength, and economical new building materials to the vast rural areas, at the same time remove the environmental pollution caused by the steam locomotive slag, turning waste into treasure, the Shaanxi County Construction Committee Technical Office and the Shaanxi County Agricultural House Experimental Factory began in 1979. A lot of research has been carried out on the subject of slag lightweight aggregate concrete in load-bearing structures. After three years of hard work, the test mission was basically completed, and an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of slag light aggregate concrete hollow floor slab was established. The line has produced finished products of 2700M~3, built a total of 3 to 60,000 square meters of living rooms below the third floor, and has been welcomed by the majority of members and spontaneously in the masses.
