我省是国内主要的柑桔产区,产量占全国15%。黄岩盛产的“本地早”和“温州蜜柑”,为我国著名的优良品种,深受国内外市场的欢迎。但在贮运和销售过程中腐烂损失较大,一般在10%,有的年份高达20%。为此,探求一种行之有效的贮藏保鲜的方法,是当前生产上迫切需要解决的课题。
Our province is the major citrus producing area in China, accounting for 15% of the country’s total output. Huangyan rich “local early” and “Satsuma mandarin,” China’s well-known fine varieties, welcomed by domestic and foreign markets. However, in the process of storage, transportation and sale, the loss of decay is larger, generally 10%, and some years up to 20%. To this end, to explore an effective method of storage and preservation, is an urgent need to solve the current production issues.
