通过购置房产来达到移民的目的,这已经成为常见的移民手段之一。许多非热门的移民目的国为振兴当地的房地产市场、提振经济,先后出台了鼓励外国人买房的政策。在美加澳等国纷纷收紧其投资移民政策后,不少人开始换方向,寻找“握着同样的钱来达到同样效果”的移民国。本期我们就来盘点4个冷门移民国家,看看这些国家的购房移民划不划算。
It has become one of the common means of immigration by purchasing real estate to meet the purpose of immigration. Many non-popular destination countries have introduced policies to encourage foreigners to buy houses in order to revitalize the local real estate market and boost the economy.
