本文报告了白血病细胞系—GM_(979)免疫抑制因子的某些生物学性状。实验证明小鼠β-干扰素对其抑制作用无影响。该细胞的免疫抑制因子除可诱导正常脾细胞产生抑制作用外,还可抑制正常细胞的分裂。它对人类白细胞也产生抑制作用。以丝裂霉素C及嘌呤霉素处理GM_(979)后,其抑制作用减弱。
This article reports some of the biological traits of the leukemia cell line GM-979 immunosuppressive factor. Experiments show that mouse β-interferon has no effect on its inhibition. The cells immunosuppressive factors in addition to inducing normal spleen cells produce inhibitory effect, but also inhibit normal cell division. It also has an inhibitory effect on human leukocytes. The inhibition of GM_ (979) with mitomycin C and puromycin was weakened.
