12Cr1MoV钢的硬度随温度、保载时间变化规律进行了研究。根据高温硬度随保载时间延长而变小这一事实,提出了“保载软化率”的概念。挤压形变区域的扫描电镜观察表明:随着温度的提高和保载时间延长,形变区宽度变小。用数理统计方法对保载软化率、温度、保载时间进行分析,计算出12Cr1MoV钢在一定温度范围内的挤压应变激活能。初步探讨了12Cr1MoV钢挤压形变机制。
The hardness of 12Cr1MoV steel was studied with the variation of temperature and holding time. According to the fact that the hardness of high temperature decreases with the increase of the holding time, the concept of “hold-up and softening ratio” is proposed. Scanning electron microscopic observation of the crushed deformation area shows that the width of the deformation area becomes smaller as the temperature increases and the loading time prolongs. Using mathematical statistics method to analyze the softening ratio, temperature and holding time, the compressive strain activation energy of 12Cr1MoV steel in a certain temperature range was calculated. Preliminary study of the 12Cr1MoV steel extrusion deformation mechanism.
