本文对于轧钢机主传动扭振系统结构参数优化设计的研究,是在实验的基础上应用SQOD优化软件并结合MWR仿真程序进行的。由于考虑了随机因素,使其设计的可靠性完全达到了给定的概率要求,设计结果更为合理。
In this paper, the optimal design of the structure parameters of the main drive torsional vibration system of the rolling mill is carried out on the basis of the experiment using the SQOD optimization software combined with the MWR simulation program. Due to the random factors, the reliability of the design can reach the given probability and the design result is more reasonable.
