台湾问题是中华民族在新世纪新阶段面临的重大问题,台湾问题涉及到了我国的核心利益,解决台湾问题,实现祖国统一,是全体中华儿女的共同心愿。《开罗宣言》、《波茨坦公告》等国际法律文件确认台湾属于中国其合理性、正义性、有效性毋庸置疑;治权的分离并不能改变主权的所有;“入联公投”违反国际法,不能改变中国对台湾享有主权的现状。
The Taiwan issue is a major issue that the Chinese nation faces in the new phase of the new century. The Taiwan issue involves the core interests of our country. To solve the Taiwan issue and realize the reunification of the motherland is the common aspiration of all sons and daughters of China. International legal documents such as the Cairo Declaration and the Potsdam Proclamation confirm that Taiwan belongs to China without any doubt as to its legitimacy, justice and effectiveness. The separation of the powers of conduct does not change the ownership of sovereignty. “The” referendum on joining the UN "violates international law, It can not change the status quo of China’s sovereignty over Taiwan.
