禁止权利滥用原则是随着法权观念的变迁而逐步确立的民法基本原则之一,随着经济全球化和一体化进程的推进,国际社会本位观亦日益深入人心,与此同时全球问题日益突出,国际社会权利滥用的现象已客观存在且危害性极大,国际法学界及国际社会应予以重视,竭力应对与防治。
