中华预防医学会卫生事业管理学会于1992年7月21日至24日在青岛市召开了第二次年会暨学术研讨会预备会议。会议由中华预防医学会卫生事业管理学会副主任委员朱敖荣教授主持。参加的有省、地(市)、县卫生行政部门负责人及有关学科的专家学者,共计30人。与会代表以邓小平同志南巡重要谈话和中央政治局全体会议精神以及中共中央、国务院《关于加快发展第三产业的决定》为指导,坚持理
The Chinese Society of Preventive Medicine Health Management Association held the preparatory meeting for the second annual conference and academic symposium in Qingdao from July 21st to 24th, 1992. The meeting was chaired by Prof Zhu Rongrong, the deputy chairman of the Chinese Association for Health Care Management of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association. Participating provinces, cities (prefectures), county health administrative department heads and experts and scholars of related disciplines, a total of 30 people. The delegates were guided by the important speech of Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour and the spirit of the plenary session of the Central Political Bureau, as well as the Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Accelerating the Development of the Third Industry.
