旋转培养机(转鼓)是单层细胞培养,组织器官培养以及分离病毒工作的良好工具。旋转培养比静置培养更有利于细胞新陈代谢,可提高培养的效果,并能提高某些病毒分离的阳性率。目前这种工具需向市场购买,价格较贵,且常出故障。作者设计与制造了一种结构简单造价较低的旋转培养机,使用时运转可靠,噪音小,现将设计与制造方法简要介绍如下。1 部件 详见图1。若干重要部件说明如下:①减
Rotary incubator (drum) is a good tool for single cell culture, tissue and organ culture, and virus isolation. Rotation culture is more conducive to cell metabolism than static culture, can improve the culture effect, and can improve the positive rate of some virus isolation. Currently, such tools need to be purchased from the market, are more expensive and often fail. The author designs and manufactures a rotating incubator with a simple structure and low cost, which is reliable in operation and low in noise.
