“几何形状”和“预张力”两个设计参数是评判全张力体系结构性能的重要指标,在施工阶段可通过拉索的带应力下料和张拉施工技术来实现.但在实际施工过程中,存在着由几何误差引起的预张力偏差现象.以乐清体育中心体育场月牙轮辐式索桁架结构屋盖工程为背景,围绕如何在施工阶段降低几何误差影响索系初始形态的问题,对拉索应力下料中的关键措施、支承结构施工几何偏差和索系预张力偏差的分析及调整方法进行了细致研究,保证了索系张拉成型后的形状和预张力偏差控制在设计允许范围之内.相关经验可供今后类似工程参考.
