近年来,国内高校的发展日新月异,不少高校都掀起了建设新校区的热潮。在政府的大力支持下,新建的基建项目不断增加,其中不乏本省的重点工程项目。从项目的酝酿、决策到建成、使用,所形成的档案不仅具有历史性和真实性等基本属性,更可为项目的建设、使用、管理、维护和改扩建提供有力依据。深入了解重点工程项目档案的特点和现存问题,进而采取有效措施提高其归档率,是我们高校档案工作者应当思考并加以实践的。
In recent years, the rapid development of domestic colleges and universities, many colleges and universities have set off a wave of building a new campus. With the strong support of the government, new infrastructure projects are constantly increasing, many of whom are key projects in the province. From the brewing and decision-making of the project to its completion and use, the archives formed not only have the basic attributes of history and authenticity, but also provide powerful bases for the construction, use, management, maintenance and reconstruction of the project. In-depth understanding of the characteristics of the key project files and the existing problems, and then take effective measures to improve its filing rate, archives workers in our colleges should think and put it into practice.
