目的对2005年-2009年医院医疗质量进行综合分析,为医院管理者提供依据。方法运用综合指数法,对医院医疗工作质量进行综合评价。结果评价结果显示近5年该院医疗质量指数逐步提高,医疗质量最优的是2008年,医疗质量最劣的是2005年。结论运用综合指数法评价医院医疗质量,数据直观,具有科学性、可行性。
Objective To comprehensively analyze the medical quality of hospitals from 2005 to 2009, and provide the basis for hospital managers. Methods The comprehensive index method was used to evaluate the quality of medical work in hospitals. Results The evaluation results showed that in the recent 5 years, the hospital’s medical quality index gradually increased. The best medical quality was in 2008, and the worst medical quality was in 2005. Conclusion The comprehensive index method is used to evaluate the quality of hospital medical treatment and the data is intuitive. It is scientific and feasible.
