采用紫外辐射接枝方法将亲水性单体三甲基烯丙基氯化铵(TMAAC)接枝到聚丙烯腈(PAN)中空纤维超滤膜上,制备了带季铵基的荷正电膜.测试PAN-g-TMAAC膜的红外光谱(FTIR),出现了-N(CH3)3-骨架振动吸收峰,表面的静态接触角由基膜的38.55°下降到15.13°,证明季铵基接枝到PAN膜上,提高了膜的亲水性.实验表明:当溶液的pH值小于BSA的等电点(pH=4.7)时,荷正电膜利用与带有正电荷的BSA之间的静电排斥作用,使其对BSA的截留率由基膜的76.7%提高到了90.2%.
The trimethylammonium chloride (TMAAC) was grafted onto polyacrylonitrile (PAN) hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane by UV radiation grafting to prepare a positively charged membrane with quaternary ammonium groups. The FTIR of PAN-g-TMAAC film was tested and the vibrational absorption peak of -N (CH3) 3-Skeleton appeared. The static contact angle decreased from 38.55 ° to 15.13 ° of the basement membrane. The results showed that when the pH value of the solution is less than the isoelectric point of BSA (pH = 4.7), the charge-coupled membrane utilizes the electrostatic repulsion between BSA and BSA , The rejection of BSA increased from 76.7% to 90.2% of the basement membrane.
