阐述了高电场强度微波能对含铜碳酸岩矿石破碎性能的影响。点负载试验测量结果表明,微波很短时间的照射可使矿石强度明显降低。落锤试验表明,微波处理使物料所需破碎能发生大幅度变化。在微波输入能小于1kWht-1时,所需的破碎能降低30%以上。破碎相对速率研究结果表明,矿石经短暂的微波照射后,也可使矿石的可磨度明显改善,其变化与矿石粒度有关。QEMSEM解离研究显示,在+500μm粒级中未解离和中等解离的硫化铜量从69.2%降低到31.8%。由此可知,要关注这种技术潜在的未来发展。
The influence of high electric field intensity microwave energy on the crushing properties of Cu-bearing carbonate rock is expounded. Point load test results show that the irradiation of microwave for a very short time can significantly reduce the strength of ore. Drop weight test shows that the microwave processing required for material crushing can change dramatically. When the input microwave energy can be less than 1kWht-1, the required crushing energy can be reduced by more than 30%. The study on the relative velocity of crushing shows that after a short period of microwave irradiation, the ores of the ores can also improve the abradability obviously, and the change is related to the ore size. QEMSEM dissociation studies showed that the amount of undissociated and moderately dissociated copper sulfide in the +500 μm fraction decreased from 69.2% to 31.8%. This shows that we should pay attention to the potential future development of this technology.
