目的建立抗肿瘤药物医嘱处理子系统,提高该类药物使用的安全性。方法通过归纳抗肿瘤药物医嘱审核中发现的问题,深入分析产生问题的根本原因,并结合信息技术的应用特点,开发基于医院信息系统(HIS)的抗肿瘤药物医嘱处理子系统。结果开发了抗肿瘤药物医嘱处理子系统并付诸应用,实现了对医嘱在保存前配伍合理性、剂量合理性、频度合理性的检测,以及条形码技术在给药流程中的应用。结论信息技术在确保抗肿瘤药物医嘱合理性及给药流程安全性等方面具有显著的应用价值。
Objective To establish an antineoplastic treatment order system to improve the safety of such drugs. Methods By analyzing the problems found in the review of antineoplastic drugs, the root causes of the problems were analyzed in depth. Based on the application characteristics of information technology, an anti-tumor drug prescription processing subsystem based on HIS was developed. Results The antitumor medicine prescription processing subsystem was developed and put into practice. The compatibility of medical prescriptions before storage, the rationality of dosage and the rationality of dosage were detected, and the application of bar code technology in the drug delivery process was realized. Conclusions Information technology has significant application value in ensuring the rationality of medical prescriptions of anti-cancer drugs and the safety of drug delivery process.
