目的:了解我院门诊、急诊抗菌药物不合理使用情况。方法:随机抽取2010年3~5月第一、二门诊、急诊的处方10545张,其中抗菌药物处方4121张,根据药品说明书、临床药理学知识及文献资料,对不合理使用的抗菌药物用药处方进行分类统计和分析。结果:大多数处方用药合理,不合理使用抗菌药物的处方总计1221张,占所查抗菌药物处方数29.63%。主要表现在联用、选药、剂量及用法不合理等。结论:我院抗菌药物使用率39.08%,符合卫生部提出的控制在50%的标准[1],但抗菌药物的合理使用仍需进一步提高,处方审核将有助于促进抗菌药物的应用更加规范、更加合理。
Objective: To understand our hospital, emergency use of anti-bacterial drugs unreasonable. Methods: 10545 prescriptions of first and second outpatient and emergency department from March to May in 2010 were randomly selected, of which 4121 prescriptions of antibiotics were prescribed. However, the rational use of antibacterials still needs further improvement. The prescription examination will help to promote the application of antibacterials more standardized , More reasonable.
