2002年是企业信用遭受严峻考验的一年。中国蓝田等一批上市公司恶意欺诈,美国企业巨人世通公司、施乐公司等丑闻迭出,信用问题开始引起全社会的广泛关注。汽车维修业作为现代汽车工业的后市场,在我国长期以来一直是社会信用的“重灾区”,特别是2002年4月23日中央电视台《焦点访谈》播出的《毛病出在汽修厂——加大整治力度,规范市场秩序》等,更加深了汽修厂在人们心目中的“黑店”形象。汽车维修业(下简称“汽修业”)的信誉一度跌到了谷底,严重影响了行业的前途和命运,汽修业的信用重建工作已迫在眉睫。
