(一九八八年一月十四日)同志们,铁道部机车车辆工业总公司组织的水浴清砂技术鉴定会就要结束了,两天来各位专家和代表认真仔细地听取了课题组的有关报告,审核了各种技术文件,在现场又进行了各种技术指标的测试。经过大家的认真审查,一致确认这个项目是铸件清砂工艺的重大突破,属国内首创。我觉得这个意见实事求是地、科学地、准确地评价了这一成果。下面我讲几点意见:
