由铁道部机车车辆工业总公司主持的“东风_4型内燃机车铝活塞换套修复技术“局级鉴定会于1988年9月27～28日在戚墅堰机车车辆工厂召开.铁道部机车车辆工业总公司、机务局、铁路总工会生产保护部、江苏省铁道学会、铁道部驻戚厂机车验收室、戚墅堰机车车辆工艺研究所、大连机车车辆工厂、戚墅堰机车车辆工厂、上海铁路局机务处、济南铁路局科研所、石家庄、南翔、武昌南、赤峰、乌鲁木齐机务段等15个单位32名代表出席了会议.

Company, Bureau of Machine Building, Production Safety Department of China Railway General Union, Railway Institute of Jiangsu Province, Locomotive Inspection Office of Qi Railway Station in Ministry of Railways, Research Institute of Locomotive and Roller Technology of Qishuyan, Locomotive and Rolling Stock Plant of Dalian, Qishuyan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Plant, Shanghai Railway Administration, Jinan 32 representatives of 15 units including Railway Research Institute, Shijiazhuang, Nanxiang, Wuchang South, Chifeng and Urumqi locomotive depot attended the meeting.
