高炉冶炼除尘系统的改进

伴随着高炉炼铁产生的煤气含有大量的灰尘,不仅对炼铁有影响,还对人体有伤害,所以炼铁时一定要对煤气进行除尘。目前我国除尘系统不完善,存在较多问题,如不能完全捕捉初炉烟气、煤气含尘量高、烟气输送阻力大、除尘布袋刚性差,反吹效果不好等等。这些问题的存在阻碍了我国炼钢炼铁行业的发展。本文根据目前我国高炉冶炼除尘系统普遍存在的问题,提出了合理的科学的比较完善的改进方案,改善了工艺流程,增加了二次重力除尘装置;采用天车通过式的集烟罩来收集烟气代替了原来的“第四孔和密闭罩”的收集方式;安装了余热锅炉,充分利用了冶炼过程的余热,减少了热能的损失。笔者希望通过对高炉冶炼除尘系统的改进,能促进我国冶炼事业又快又好的发展。 With the blast furnace iron produced gas contains a lot of dust, not only affect the ironmaking, but also harm to the human body, so when the iron must be on the gas dust. At present, China’s dust removal system is not perfect, there are many problems, such as can not completely capture the first furnace flue gas, gas dust content, flue gas delivery resistance, dust bag rigid, poor anti-blowing effect and so on. The existence of these problems hindered the development of China’s iron and steelmaking industry. Based on the ubiquitous problems of blast furnace smelting dust removal system in our country, a reasonable and scientific improvement plan is proposed to improve the process flow and increase the secondary gravity dust removal device. Gas instead of the original “fourth hole and airtight cover ” collection; installation of waste heat boilers, make full use of the heat of the smelting process, reducing the heat loss. The author hopes that through the improvement of blast furnace smelting dust removal system, it can promote the rapid and good development of smelting business in our country.
