烯烃的不对称氢化是合成光学活性化合物的一种有效方式。目前烯烃的不对称你氢化大多仅适用于在双键上连有活化基团的烯烃,对于非活化的端位烯烃的不对称氢化鲜有报道。2’-羟基苯乙烯类化合物通过不对称氢化还原所得手性化合物在医药领域具有重要的应用价值。本文报道了一种通过Ir(P-N)催化2’-羟基苯乙烯类化合物不对称氢化的新方法。该方法具有转化率高,选择性高,光学纯度高等优点。
Asymmetric hydrogenation of olefins is an effective way of synthesizing optically active compounds. At present, asymmetric hydrogenation of olefins is mostly only applied to olefins with activated groups attached to the double bonds. Asymmetric hydrogenation of non-activated terminal olefins is rarely reported. 2’-hydroxystyrene compounds obtained by asymmetric hydrogenation reduction of chiral compounds in the field of medicine has an important application value. In this paper, a new method for the asymmetric hydrogenation of 2’-hydroxystyrene via Ir (P-N) has been reported. The method has the advantages of high conversion rate, high selectivity and high optical purity.
