以二茂铁为原料合成了乙酰基二茂铁缩氨基硫脲(AFT),其结构通过IR、1HNMR和元素分析予以确证。测定了AFT乙腈溶液的循环伏安图。测试了AFT二甲亚砜溶液的抑菌活性。循环伏安实验表明,在-0.30~0.83 V的扫描范围内,AFT出现氧化还原峰;当扫描速度为100~500 mV/s,其半波电位(E1/2)为0.569~0.559 V;氧化峰电流(Ipa)与还原峰电流(Ipc)比值为1.855~1.420,且Ipa、Ipc均与扫描速度平方根(ν1/2)呈线性关系。抑菌试验表明,AFT对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌作用,抑菌圈直径为14 mm,抑菌最低浓度为167μg/mL。
Acetylferrocene thiosemicarbazone (AFT) was synthesized from ferrocene and its structure was confirmed by IR, 1HNMR and elemental analysis. The cyclic voltammogram of AFT acetonitrile solution was measured. The antimicrobial activity of AFT dimethylsulfoxide solution was tested. Cyclic voltammetry experiments showed that the AFT redox peaks appeared in the range of -0.30-0.83 V, and the half wave potential (E1 / 2) was 0.569-0.559 V at the scan rate of 100-500 mV / s.
