本实验选用了黄土高原上种植的25个苜蓿品种,用~(60)Coγ射线8万、9万、10万、11万和12万伦对于种子进行照射。实验结果证明:苜蓿对辐射反应的程度可划分为三种类型—敏感型、中间型和迟钝型。苜蓿的出苗率和幼苗高度随着照射量的增加而下降。苗高和出苗率之间呈指数函数关系.根尖细胞的微核率和染色体畸变率随着剂量的增加而增加。通过出苗率、苗高、微核率和染色体畸变率等指标综合鉴定,黄土高原上苜蓿的适宜剂量是4.8万—9.8万伦。
In this experiment, 25 alfalfa cultivars planted on the Loess Plateau were selected for seed irradiation with ~ (60) Coγ-rays of 80,000, 90,000, 100,000, 110,000 and 12,000 Lun. Experimental results show that: the degree of alfalfa radiation response can be divided into three types - sensitive, intermediate and slow type. The emergence rate and seedling height of alfalfa decreased with the increase of irradiation dose. There was an exponential relationship between the seedling height and the emergence rate.The micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate of root tip cells increased with the increase of dose. Through the germination rate, seedling height, micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate and other indicators of comprehensive identification, the appropriate dose of alfalfa on the Loess Plateau is 48000-9.8 million.
