采用脑区微灌流技术结合以水杨酸为捕捉剂的IIPW-UV检测羟自由基方法和酶萤光检测谷氨酸方法,发现在大鼠纹状体细胞外灌流谷氨酸后,可使灌流液中的羟自由基显著增加,加灌氯胺酮可减轻谷氨酸的灌流效应。而灌流能产生超氧阴离子(O2)的黄嘌吟-黄嘌呤氧化酶系统,可使灌流液中的谷氨酸显著增加,给予维生素E则可消除这种效应。结果提示纹状体细胞外液中谷氨酸增多与氧自由基生成之间有相互促进作用。
