目的:分析医疗机构使用麻醉药品的规范化管理及对麻醉效果的影响。方法:选取2015年05月~2016年05月在我院未实施麻醉药品规范化管理工作前的执业医师、护士、药师为研究对象,将其作为对照组,2016年06月~2017年04月实施麻醉药品规范化管理工作的执业医师、护士、药师为研究对象,将其作为观察组,并对两组的麻醉药品处方合格率、麻醉药品意外事件发生情况以及专用病历书写合格率进行观察比较。结果:观察组的麻醉药品处方合格率(98.50%)和对照组的麻醉药品处方合格率(81.50%)比较明显升高。结论:规范化管理医疗机构使用麻醉药品,可显著提高醉药品处方合格率。
Objective: To analyze the standardized management of narcotic drugs used in medical institutions and their effects on the effects of anesthesia. Methods: From May 2015 to May 2016, we selected practicing doctors, nurses and pharmacists who did not implement standardized management of narcotic drugs in our hospital as the control subjects, and took them as the control group from June 2016 to April 2017 The standardization of narcotic drugs practitioners, nurses, pharmacists as the research object, as the observation group, and the two groups of narcotic drugs prescription pass rate, the occurrence of narcotic accidents and special medical records to observe and compare the pass rate. Results: The compliance rate of narcotic drugs in the observation group (98.50%) and the compliance rate of narcotic drugs in the control group (81.50%) were significantly higher. Conclusion: The standardized management of the use of narcotic drugs in medical institutions can significantly improve the prescription pass rate of drunken drugs.
