企业职工文化有接触广泛、吸引力强、辐射面广、影响直接等多种特点,是工会工作在企业职工中的具体表现。工会是党组织联系职工群众的纽带桥梁,培养健康向上的企业文化,是工会组织的日常工作和重要任务。企业文化是一种氛围,是企业职工相互之间的传承、维持和相互影响的文化营造,它需要人为的组织提倡和疏导。工会正是通过广泛的、多样化的、职工群众自觉参与的、内涵丰富的宣教活动,并以此为切入点,实现维护企业职工的精神文化权益,加强企业职工文化建设。
The workers’ culture of enterprises has a wide range of contacts, strong attractiveness, wide range of radiation and direct impact on other characteristics, which are the concrete manifestation of the work of trade unions in enterprise workers. Trade unions are the bridge between the party organizations and the workers and the masses. Cultivating a healthy and progressive corporate culture is a day-to-day task and an important task of trade union organizations. Corporate culture is an atmosphere, which is the cultural construction that inherits, maintains and interacts with the employees of enterprises. It needs man-made organizations to advocate and guide. Through a wide and diverse group of workers, the trade unions voluntarily participate in the missionary activities with rich connotation, and take this as an entry point to safeguard the spiritual and cultural rights and interests of employees and strengthen the cultural construction of employees.
