针对汽车在行驶中传动轴发生振动的问题,以某型号微型汽车为研究对象,基于SolidWorks建立了检测其传动轴振动特性的试验台模型,试验台采用PLC-变频器作为驱动系统,磁粉制动器作为负载,能够根据不同路况条件进行相应的动力/阻力加载。伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杠作为负载部分的运动执行机构,可以满足主减速器空间三维移动,以便与调整角度后的传动轴连接。采用LabVIEW软件作为开发平台,可以同步获取电动机的转速信号、传动轴和主减速器的振动信号,方便试验人员进行数据分析和处理。经验证,本试验台可以满足使用要求。
