图书馆实施规划管理能够优化图书馆的内部管理结构,科学合理安排图书馆的各项具体管理工作,还能够为图书馆的全面建设营造良好的文化氛围从而促进图书馆的可持续发展。本文主要论述了图书馆实施战略规划管理的重要性、具体步骤,在此基础上提出了一种可供借鉴的有效管理模式,以期能够为相关实践提供理论性参考。
Library planning and management can optimize the internal management structure of the library, scientifically and rationally arrange the specific management of the library, and also can create a good cultural atmosphere for the overall construction of the library so as to promote the sustainable development of the library. This paper mainly discusses the importance and concrete steps of the library’s implementation of strategic planning management. Based on this, it puts forward a kind of effective management model that can be used for reference in order to provide a theoretical reference for relevant practice.
