世界上约有50%的水稻是靠雨耕种的,在那些地方只要偶然发生干旱,就可造成产量的严重损失。因此加强耐旱性的选择显然是必要的。本研究是应用叶片水势作为一种土壤和大气条件的积分仪以初步了解水稻的耐旱性。我们在探索旱田筛选所显出基因型之间主要生理差异的基础上,还以生理学参数作为选择的基础,寻求建立目测症状与植株水势之间的关系,而不单靠经验式的观察。
About 50% of the world’s paddy is cultivated by rain, where severe drought and drought can cause serious losses in production. Therefore, the choice of enhancing drought tolerance is obviously necessary. In this study, leaf water potential was used as an integrator of soil and atmospheric conditions to understand the drought tolerance of rice. On the basis of exploring the major physiological differences between the genotypes displayed by dry-field screening and using physiological parameters as the basis for selection, we sought to establish the relationship between visual symptoms and plant water potential rather than empirical observations alone.
