通过自制硅胶板,利用薄层色谱法,使用多元展开剂对三种实验室常用染料混合液进行了分离,并对不同种类展开剂的分离效果进行了对比实验。结果表明,采用v(石油醚)∶v(二氯甲烷)∶v(四氯化碳)∶v(甲醇)=8∶7∶8∶3时的多元展开剂具有良好的分离效果,同时该研究将为薄层色谱实验中采用多元展开剂提供一定参考。
Three kinds of common laboratory dye mixtures were separated by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and multi-component solvents. The separation effects of different kinds of solvents were compared. The results show that the use of v (petroleum ether): v (methylene chloride): v (carbon tetrachloride): v (methanol) = 8: 7: 8: 3 when the multi-agent has a good separation effect, The research will provide a reference for the use of multivariate solvent in TLC experiments.
