为防止大鼠尾部悬吊期间,睾丸滑入腹腔造成隐睾症,建立了无隐睾雄性尾部悬吊大鼠模型。结果表明:采用腹股沟管环缩术,可有效地防止睾丸滑入腹腔,且不影响睾丸的形态与功能。尾部悬吊4周大鼠睾丸重量(对照组:1.70±0.19g,悬吊组:0.60±0.16g)与血清睾酮含量(对照组:99.5±32.7ng/dl,悬吊组:23.0±13.2ng/dl)明显降低(P<0.01),无隐睾悬吊组(ST)的睾丸重量(1.21±0.30g)与血清睾酮水平(40.7±32.6ng/dl)亦下降,但其均值介于对照组与悬吊组之间。光镜观察发现悬吊组睾丸组织的曲精细管均明显萎缩,精原细胞退化与坏死,数量明显减少,曲精细管内精子数量减少。但ST组萎缩的程度较轻,且未见精原细胞坏死现象。悬吊组与ST组大鼠心肌等长收缩的静息张力无改变,发展张力均明显降低,血清睾酮水平与心肌发展张力间无相关关系。提示:无隐睾组大鼠睾丸萎缩可能是由于睾丸供血不足或垂体调节激素改变引起
