众所周知,知识经济时代的竞争是科技的竞争、人才的竞争,归根结底是教育教学质量的竞争,技工教育的根本任务是使学生获得高尚的道德觉悟,过硬的操作技能。同时,具备精深的基础知识和熟练高超的操作技能是我们学校的培养目标,是技工学校生存和发展的生命力,因此,在当前形势下,更新观念,以基础知识为载体,加强技能训练,实现教与学的最优化,将成为技工教育在今后一段时间内的一个永恒的主题。
