烧伤和外伤可损害宿主的免疫防御系统。其受损的免疫功能中首要的部分是T细胞介导的免疫功能受到抑制,它的机理尚不清楚。故探讨了烧伤后可伴有的高浓度白介素6(IL-6)对细胞免疫功能的抑制作用及其机理。选用5~8周龄C_(57)B1/6 雄性小鼠,分离获得脾淋巴细胞。ConA或LPS_(O55:B5)作为离体培养的有丝分裂原,在加有激活剂或免疫调节剂等不同条件下,用~3H-TdR渗入法测定脾淋巴细胞增殖反应。IL-2、IL-6含量,分别应用CTLL-
Burn and trauma can damage the host’s immune defense system. The primary part of its impaired immune function is the inhibition of T cell-mediated immune function, and its mechanism is unclear. Therefore, it is discussed that the inhibitory effect and mechanism of interleukin-6 (IL-6) which may be associated with burn on cellular immune function. Splenic lymphocytes were isolated from C57Bl / 6 male mice aged 5-8 weeks. ConA or LPS_ (O55: B5) were used as mitogen for in vitro culture. Splenic lymphocyte proliferation reaction was measured by 3H-TdR infiltration under different conditions including activator or immunomodulator. IL-2, IL-6 levels, respectively, using CTLL-
