采用等电聚焦电泳方法对南京地区健康人群进行Tf亚型测定,其基因频率分别为TfCl=0.7586,TfC2=0.2299,TfD=0.0115,非父排除率为0.1439,个体识别率为0.5341,属于高鉴别类多态系统,和欧洲及美洲黑人人群有显著性差异。本文还对血痕中Tf亚型的可测性进行了研究。
The isoelectric focusing method was used to detect Tf subtypes in healthy population in Nanjing. The frequencies of Tf subtype were TfCl = 0.7586, TfC2 = 0.2299, TfD = 0.0115, the non-parent exclusion rate was 0.1439, and the individual identification rate was 0.5341. Polymorphism system, and Europe and the Americas black population were significantly different. The paper also studied the testability of Tf subtype in bloodstain.
