CJ654《电动推拉钢大门》图集即将出版发行。在编制该图集过程中,除调查研究之外,还试制了四堂防寒电动推拉门,并做了试验。这里只简单介绍一下电动推拉门的性能、适用范围以及编制过程中考虑的几个问题。该门适用于一般工业厂房及辅助建筑物中频繁通行车辆或手动启闭有困难的场合。大门的行走轮驱动装置、从动双轮,均采用一吨CD型电动葫芦上的电动小车和双轮小车,使用单位可向全国各地的电动葫芦制造厂购买上述部件或按图加工制造。其主要参数为:工作制度Jc=25％,电动机型号ZDY12-4,电动机功率0.4千瓦。减速比i=25.3,运行速度v=20米/分。
