慢性萎缩性胃炎是以胃黏膜上皮和腺体萎缩、数目减少,胃黏膜变薄,黏膜基层增厚,或伴幽门腺化生和肠腺化生,或有不典型增生为特征的慢性消化系统疾病。其主要临床症状为恶心、反胃、腹部疼痛、食欲不振,消瘦等,对病患的学习、工作和生活造成了严重的负面影响。本文使用常规药物加替普瑞酮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,获得良好疗效,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料选取2013年1月~2016年1月我院收治的
