一、2003年国内粮食市场回顾2003年我国主要粮食品种的价格均出现6年来第一次全面上涨的走势。在诸多因素影响下,小麦市场供求关系出现逆转,价格大幅上涨;玉米需求旺盛,价格走出低谷;大豆价格创近5年新高;稻谷总产下降,库存减少,价格高企。(一)小麦市场供求关系出现逆转,价格大幅上涨。据中华粮网价格中心提供的数据显示:2003年国内普通3等小麦现货价格上半年在1060元/吨—1100元/吨之间小幅波动。新麦上市前后,价格出现高开高走的“反季节”走势。从第3季度开始,价格走势明显出现加速上扬
