如何加快建立全国统一、规范、完善的社会保障体系,已经成为摆在决策层案头的现实议题,更成为摆在实际职能部门面前的一个越来越急切的工作课题。与此同时,学术理论界对社会保障也呈现出越来越关注而思想越来越活跃的势头。6月6日,劳动保障部社会保险事业管理中心邀请10位学者在北京就如何推进我国社会保险制度改革进行了专题研讨。此前,《中国社会保障》杂志曾开展过一次较大规模的专家问卷调查,收集到了全国90位专家学者的观点信息,并形成了一份有相当参考价值的调研报告。
How to expedite the establishment of a unified, standardized and perfect social security system across the country has become a realistic issue placed on the desk of the decision-making body and has become an increasingly urgent task in front of the actual functional departments. At the same time, academic theorists have also shown more and more attention to social security and more and more active thoughts. On June 6, 10 social security career management centers of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security invited 10 scholars to conduct a special seminar on how to promote the reform of China’s social security system in Beijing. Earlier, “China Social Security” magazine conducted a large-scale expert questionnaire survey, collected 90 viewpoints of experts and scholars across the country, and formed a research report with considerable reference value.
