采用圆柱和量块测量外锥度及小端直径,是一种普遍的方法。一般是把锥体放在检验平板上,用圆柱d和量块来测量(如图)。这样L_1L_2尺寸只能用千分尺测量,测量精度低。我们采用在卧式测长机(或其他同类型光学仪器)上测量。利用仪器灵活的工作台,很容易找到L_1、L_2的最大尺寸(即仪器上的往复点),同时也把千分尺0.01 mm刻度的测量精度提高到用光学计管0.001mm刻度的测量精度。
It is a common practice to measure external taper and small end diameters with cylinders and gauges. General cone is placed on the test plate, with the cylinder d and measuring block to measure (Figure). This L_1L_2 size can only be measured with a micrometer, the measurement accuracy is low. We use the horizontal measuring machine (or other types of optical instruments) on the measurement. With the instrument’s flexible workbench, it is easy to find the maximum dimensions of L_1 and L_2 (reciprocating points on the instrument), while also improving the measurement accuracy of a micrometer scale of 0.01 mm to the 0.001 mm scale of an optic tube.
