当前,对如何在初级中等学校的思想政治课教学过程中实施素质教育是教学改革的重要议题。对此,教育部提出三个方面的要求:一是知识素质——让学生掌握以邓小平理论为中心内容、马克思主义哲学、经济学、政治学的基本观点以及法律常识等基础知识;二是思想政治素质一一对学生进行爱国主义,集体主义,社会主义教育以及民主法制,职业道德等方面的教育,帮肋学生逐步树立科学的世界观、人生观、价值观;三是能力素质——培养学生观察社会、分析问题,参加社会实践的能力。在这三个要求中,思想政治素质是最重要的,它在人的综合素质中起着根本性的导向作用,为其他素质提供动力。因此笔者认为应从以下几个方面在思想政治课中贯彻实施素质教育的要求,促进学生素质的全面发展。

It plays a fundamental guiding role in the overall quality of people and provides power for other qualities. Therefore, I believe that the following aspects should be implemented in the ideological and political class to implement the requirements of quality education, and promote the overall development of student quality.
