自2012年第4期开始,本刊“收藏夹”连续刊发了《2009~2011年全国高校在辽宁招生本科录取最低分及专业平均分》系统数据,用百余页的篇幅为考生及家长勾勒出一幅近3年全国高校在辽宁招生录取情况的全景画卷。之所以如此重视该项内容,是缘于高考志愿填报最为核心的技术环节就是什么样的分数能上什么样的学校,即不同分数与不同档次的高校挂钩。在辽宁省这样考后估分填报志愿的省份,分数的作用更为突出,考生能否合理利用好来之不易的分数,往往决定着高考志愿的成败。怎样在不落榜的底线下,又能够最大限度地满足录取到最佳院校和专业的客观需求是令考生及家长非常纠结与头疼的问题。此时,恰当运用院校录取最低分及专业录取平均分,对所填报的各个批次的院校和专业合理地排兵布阵就显得至关重要。
