10月份,全省国民经济运势良好。工业生产保持较快增长,固定资产投资有所加快,城乡消费市场活跃走强,旅游业保持增长,地方财政收入增速加快,物价小幅上涨,但外商直接投资降幅较大。工业工业生产增速有所趋缓。全省规模以上工业企业完成增加值8.27亿元,按可比价格计算比上年同月增长14.6%,增速比7月低缓12.9个百分点,比全国平均增长率低2.6个百分点。工业增加值增长率高于全省平均水平的市、县、自治县有:琼中县、昌江县、定安县、澄迈县、海口市、临高县、文昌县、三亚市;增长率居前三名的是:琼中县、昌江县、定安县。下降的市县有:保亭县、琼海市、五指山市、农垦、乐东县、屯昌县(详见表一)。
In October, the province’s national economy was good. Industrial production maintained a rapid growth. Investment in fixed assets accelerated. The urban and rural consumer markets were more vigorous. The tourism industry maintained its growth. The local financial revenue grew at a faster pace while prices rose slightly. However, the direct foreign investment dropped significantly. Industrial production growth has slowed somewhat. The added value of industrial enterprises above designated size in the province was 827 million yuan, up by 14.6% over the same month of the previous year, a deceleration of 12.9 percentage points from the previous month and 2.6 percentage points lower than the national average. Cities, counties and autonomous counties with industrial added value growth rates higher than the provincial average are: Qiongzhong County, Changjiang County, Ding’an County, Chengmai County, Haikou City, Lincoln County, Wenchang County and Sanya City; Three are: Qiongzhong County, Changjiang County, Ding’an County. Declining cities and counties are: Baoting County, Qionghai City, Wuzhishan City, Nongken, Ledong County, Tunchang County (see Table 1).
