After the establishment of the Northeastern University of Electric Power and Technicians, the institute has conducted in-depth investigations and studies from relevant personnel in the organization for many times and conducted inspections and studies in the economically developed areas of the country and the technician colleges affiliated to the electric power industry. Combining with the characteristics of power industry and post-training as well as the needs of enterprise professionals, the paper proposes a model of “highly-skilled personnel training with school-enterprise cooperation and alternation of work and learning”.
