近日,探路者在京召开新闻发布会,宣布战略投资易游天下国际旅行社(北京)有限公司,在投资完成后探路者将持有易游天下74.56%的股权。此次战略投资合作,标志着探路者在打造户外旅行综合服务平台的进程中,又迈出了坚实一步。易游天下是一家定位于旅行的O2O综合服务商,以自主研发的ETS系统为基础快速整合上游产品端和下游零售端资源,打造安全、高效、便捷的旅行产品采购分销平台,2014年平台收入规模近7亿元。
