前 言 活塞环是决定内燃机发展的主要和关键性基础件。随着内燃机技术的发展,要求活塞环具有较高的强度和弹性,同时还要求具有较高的稳定性和耐磨性。 球墨铸铁材料的应用在国内已十分普遍,球墨铸铁铸造技术已广泛为人们所掌握。但是采用球墨铸铁作为活塞环材料在国外仅是近十几年的事。直至目前在国内关于球墨铸铁活塞环的生产仍存在许多工艺问题急需解决。 合金化球墨铸铁活塞环是国际上广泛采用的强化发动机的活塞环材质。目前国际上生产的球墨铸铁活塞环的基体组织,主要分两大类型:珠光体,回火索氏体。这两类不同基体的球铁环在国内尚处于研制或试生产的过渡阶段,设法不采用热处理,直接从铸态下获得不同要求的球墨铸铁活塞环,具有很大的实际意义。已成为近年来国内外铸造者所关注的问题之一,是一个带有发展趋势性质的问题,结合我厂的生产实际,在保证球墨铸铁活塞环产品
Piston ring is the main and decisive basis for the development of internal combustion engines. With the development of internal combustion engine technology, the piston ring is required to have high strength and elasticity, and at the same time, it requires high stability and wear resistance. The application of ductile iron material in China is already very common, ductile iron casting technology has been widely available to people. However, the use of ductile iron as a piston ring material is only a matter of the past ten years in foreign countries. Up to now, there are still many technical problems in the domestic production of ductile iron piston rings which are in urgent need of solution. Alloy ductile iron piston ring is widely used in the world to strengthen the engine piston ring material. At present, the matrix structure of ductile iron piston ring produced internationally is mainly divided into two types: pearlite and tempered sorbite. The ductile iron rings of these two types of substrates are still in the transitional stage of research or trial production in China. It is of great practical significance to try to obtain ductile iron rings with different requirements directly from the as-cast state without using heat treatment.
