利用氧浓差电池快速定氧法测定了球化处理过程中氧含量的变化,定量地讨论了氧对球化处理效果的影响以及氧和硫的相互作用。研究结论是:氧对球化处理效果的影响大于硫,金属中氧降低了球化剂的脱硫率;含氧量的波动系造成球化效果不稳定的重要原因之一。
The change of oxygen content during the spheroidizing process was measured by oxygen concentration rapid cell oxygen determination. The effect of oxygen on the spheroidizing effect and the interaction between oxygen and sulfur were discussed quantitatively. The conclusion is that the effect of oxygen on the effect of spheroidization is greater than that of sulfur, and the oxygen in the metal reduces the desulfurization rate of the nodularizer. The fluctuation of oxygen content causes one of the important reasons for the instability of the spheroidizing effect.
